The Morgenzon Police are investigating a murder case after a 25-year-old man was killed in his home on 9 April.
According to the police, the 25-year-old was allegedly attacked by a man who lives close to his house.
“The attacker allegedly received information that the victim harassed his younger sister the previous day,” Const Melumuzi Nzimande, communications officer of the Morgenzon Police, said.
After receiving the information, the attacker went to the 25-year-old and confronted him and allegedly assaulted him in his home.
The police said the victim collapsed during the attack and eyewitnesses thought he had fainted.
They called the police and reported the incident, while the attacker who is the same age, left the scene.
