Taxi passenger injured after road rage leads to shooting
Before he could do anything, a shot was fired into the back seat of the taxi wounding a woman.

A woman was injured when an unknown man shot at a taxi near Kinross this afternoon.
The taxi, fully loaded with passengers, was on its way from Secunda and turned towards the road to Delmas just after Mshiniwam. The taxi driver was said to have been travelling in the fast lane and with another car travelling behind it.
The taxi driver wanted to change lanes when he realised that the car behind him was also about to change lanes.
He then continued in the fast lane. The driver of the other car then changed into the left lane and began to insult the taxi driver, according to passengers.
They exchanged words until the four way stop, where the other driver passed the stop sign and took the Delmas road.
When he realised that the taxi is indicating towards Kinross, he made a U-turn and followed the taxi.
The taxi driver said he observed the car in the mirror when he heard passengers screaming that the driver was pointing a firearm at them.
Before he could do anything, a shot was fired into the back seat of the taxi wounding a woman.
The other driver made a U-turn and drove away.
The taxi driver stopped in Kinross whereafter the passengers fled from the taxi in all directions.
The taxi driver drove to the Kinross Police Station where he opened a case.
The wounded woman was admitted to Evander Hospital.
