Ms Wendy Masango, Ms Mavis Nsibande and Ms Sombu Nhlabathi were arrested in March for illegally invading land in eMzinoni in April and appeared in the Bethal Magistrate’s Court recently.
The EFF vowed not to stop encouraging locals to invade land and said Govan Mbeki Municipality taking them to court, will not make them back down as they are representing residents in need.
