Police officer rushed to hospital after crashing into tractor trailer on Volksrust Road

The driver of the police vehicle was rushed to the Medi Clinic Highveld Hospital in Trichardt.

A police vehicle from Wakkerstroom crashed into a tractor’s trailer on the R23 Volksrust Road on 11 May.

According to police, the driver of the vehicle sustained visible injuries to his feet and elbow and was rushed to the Mediclinic Highveld in Trichardt.

The tractor driver escaped the incident unscathed.
