Taxi crashes into bakkie at the corner of Kerk and Taute Street leaving passengers trapped inside wreckage
Passengers trapped inside the taxi had to be extracted from the wreckage by emergency services.
Five people were slightly injured when a minibus they were travelling in collided with a bakkie at the corner of Kerk and Taute Street last Wednesday morning.
It is alleged the bakkie approached the robot and was about to turn when he stopped. The taxi drove into the bakkie from behind.
Passengers trapped inside the taxi had to be extracted from the wreckage by emergency services.
Ermelo Police are investigating a case of negligent and reckless driving.
