Gogo Mofokeng from eMbalenhle is struggling to register her stand
She has been battling to register her stand on her name for nearly a decade.
Ms Sarah Mofokeng (67) lives under poor conditions without a proper toilet and house in eMbalenhle.
She has been battling to register her stand on her name for almost a decade.
According to her, she bought the stand from a foreign national who died a few years ago.
Ms Mofokeng has all the documents and the receipts of the purchase, however whenever she tries to register the stand, she is allegedly told to get a death certificate of the person she bought the stand from.

She is frustrated because of her age and that she can die at any time, leaving her children in this dilemma.
