A brand-new business park, Gate One is open for further development

A brand-new business park situated next to Sasol’s Charlie 1 entrance, is finally finished and ready for further development.

Realty Dynamix developed the land, with entrances at PDP Kruger Street and Nelson Mandela Drive.

The size of Gate One Business Park is 160 000m² and is part of the business development focus area in Secunda known as the business corridor running from the old Secunda central business district, Secunda Mall, Lake Umuzi Waterfront, Builders Warehouse to Gate One Business Park and the main gate of Sasol.
