SPCA explains why they shot aggressive bullock

Mr Sipho Hlophe, a farmer, is not happy that an expensive bullock that he bought recently was apparently shot by the Highveld Ridge SPCA and local police.

 Mr Sipho Hlophe, a farmer, is not happy that an expensive bullock that he bought recently was apparently shot by the Highveld Ridge SPCA and local police on Monday, 15 January.

He said the Brahman bullock went missing on 14 January and that he looked for it but without any luck.

Mr Hlope was shocked when he learned from locals that the it was shot because it was aggressive and wild after it was removed from eMbalenhle Sasol Club.

He went to the SPCA to ask why it was killed.
