A body of a decomposed woman was discovered on Elke farm outside Standerton on 31 January.

The owner of the farm made the discovery at about 10am.

The woman is suspected to be in her mid-twenties.

A pair of underwear and tights were also found about 70 metres from the body, police are not sure if they belonged to the deceased.

According to the forensics on the scene, they suspect the body has been there at least two to three weeks.
