Cansa Cosmos thanks Secunda volunteers

Support Cansa's Relay for Life this year.

Cansa Cosmos held an event to thank their volunteers and sponsors on Wednesday, 24 January.

About 46 volunteers and businessmen attended the evening at Kruik Café and the theme was “Cansa in Wonderland”.

“You make a hard day a day full of hope and opportunity,” said Ms Natasha Philpott from Cansa Cosmos.

She thanked their sponsors and businesses that donate money regularly, as well as Kruik Café for sponsoring the venue for the function.

The annual Cansa Relay for Life will take place on 17 and 18 March.

The theme is “The Power of Purple” and it will be held at Highveld Ridge Primary School.

The entry fees are R500 per team conprising 10 to 15 members, and R1 000 per team for raising funds.
