Man killed in head-on collision between two vehicles on the R580 in Secunda last night

A man, believed to be in his late 40s, was killed in a head-on collision between two vehicles on the R580 in Secunda last night, 15 February.

 ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at approximately 10pm and found that the driver of a Toyota Corolla was ejected from his vehicle.

 According to them the man showed no signs of life and was later declared dead on the scene.

 The cause of the collision is not yet known and local authorities were on the scene to investigate.
