Learners of Laerskool Jeugkrag donated food items to Ekukhanyeni Drop-In Centre on 20 March.

This initiative was done to celebrate Human Rights Day.

The groceries will be dropped off on 21 March.

Learners from different grades brought in tinned meat and vegetables, along with mealie meal, as well as other food items.

“We are grateful for this kind gesture,” Ms Lisa Shongwe, centre manager, said.
