One dies when truck rams stationary taxi near Bethal

BETHAL – A man died and another was seriously injured when a truck rammed their stationary taxi along the Morgenzon road this morning, 2 July.

Ms Cindy Swart from Bethal EMS said the men were in the broken down taxi on the side of the road when the truck smashed into it at about 5.40am.

The injured man was rushed to hospital.

The truck driver was uninjured.
