Mzwandile face 25 years in prison for house breaking

Young man sentenced after a housebreaking.

LEANDRA – Mzwandile William Kgabo (25) was sentenced to 25 years’ imprisonment for housebreaking in the Evander Magistrate’s Court recently.

He was arrested in October after he had broken into a house and stole sneakers to the value of R1 400.

The house owner left the house at about 8.30pm and returned after a few hours and found his house was broken into.

Const H Lengwati, police spokesman, welcomed the sentence and said it will be a lesson to other criminals.
