Health Workshop: Take care of your mind, body and soul at Fitcity this Saturday

The event themed Health is Wealth, will offer three speakers the chance present a workshop in their relevant fields of expertise.

SECUNDA – The Secunda branch of the South African Council of Businesswomen (SACBW) is presenting a health workshop at Fitcity at Lake Umuzi on Saturday, 21 July.

The event with the theme health is wealth, will offer three speakers the chance to present a workshop in their relevant fields of expertise.

Fitcity’s instructors will focus on fitness, Ms Caro Smith from Bitesize is a registered dietitian and Ms Joan Nel from Deo Favente is an image consultant.

There will also be time available afterwards to answer more questions and to assist the women attending the event.

Ms Shimona Mariah, chairman of the Secunda SACBW branch, invited women interested in enhancing their health and well-being, to attend the workshop.

“As women it is imperative that we take care of our mind, body and soul. We want you to look, feel and be your best.”

The workshop begins at 9am and will be finished at about 11.30am.

The dress code is casual, so bring along your tekkies or trainers.

Tickets cost R75 for SACBW members and R150 for non-members. Bookings must be done by 17 July. To book, phone Shimona at 073 635 5682 or send an email to secunda@sacbw.org.
