SECUNDA – Messrs John Mahlangu and Mfanimpela Mkhaliphi appeared in Secunda Magistrate’s Court on Friday, 13 July on various charges, including assault.
This came after they dumped sewage in Govan Mbeki Municipality’s offices in May to protest against poor service delivery.
They will reappear in court on Thursday, 19 July for trial.
They are out on bail.
