[5 October – 9am]UPDATE: After talking to various people at the Rietspruit Farm land invasion, the Highvelder has learnt that a councillor allegedly okayed the marking of stands.
Rietspruit farm is municipal property.
According to the people here, it is a legal allocation of land and not a land invasion.
Residents of Wesselton are coming in droves, invading Rietspruit Farm on the Amersfoort Road.
Traffic is affected and motorists are urged to be cautious on the N11 Amersfoort Road.
