Twins stick together at matric exams
They are determined to achieve their ultimate dream of becoming medical doctors, following in the footsteps of their father.
SECUNDA – Twins Kehinde Adigun (16) and Taiwo Adigun (16) have managed to produce results that put them at the top of the Highveld Park High School’s top five matriculants.
They are determined to achieve their ultimate dream of becoming medical doctors, following in the footsteps of their father. Their plan for preparing for the matric exams consisted of complete focus throughout the year by staying away from TV and burning the midnight oil studying.
Regularly testing each other and attending extra classes gave them the confidence they needed to write their exams and achieve the passes they needed to be accepted into university and further studies.
The twins are excited for what 2019 has to offer them as they have both been accepted into the University of Pretoria to study health science.
Highveld Park’s other top five students were Tshenolo Moemisi (18), who is awaiting a response from Wits University and UKZN where he has applied and hopes to study law. Given Mtsweni (18) and Katlego Mawela (18) are looking forward to study marketing management at the University of Johannesburg in 2019.
