SPCA asks for 50 families to take part in a collection project

The SPCA is also hosting a raffle with the prize being a giant 2kg biscuits up for grabs

EVANDER – The Highveld Ridge SPCA are looking for 50 dedicated families who will take a pledge for a year.

These families will be given a collection tin in which they will have to deposit R50 per month.

It is inexpensive and easy. In a family of five people, each person has to contribute only R10 per month.

If all the families keep to their pledges, an amount of R30 000 would have been collected for the SPCA by December.

This money will help the SPCA cover their veterinary and petrol bills that skyrocketed over the festive season.

If you are dedicated and interested to take a tin, contact the SPCA to arrange for one.

The SPCA is also hosting a raffle with the prize being a giant 2kg tin of biscuits up for grabs.

To enter, simply pay R20.

The winner will be announced on 14 February, Valentine’s Day.

For more information, contact the SPCA on 082 869 2350.

Collect your family tin today.
