Adigun twins are off to study medicine at Tuks
Having two successful parents, Mr Adigun who is a doctor with his own private practice and their mom who is an accountant, they see the need to work hard to have a good life.
On the day the twins Kehinde and Taiwo Adigun (17) received their matric results, they celebrated with their family by eating lots of pizza.
The twins who were both placed in the academic top five at Highveld Park begin their lives after school anticipating their journey to further their studies at the University of Pretoria this year.
Their proud parents, Dr Kolawole Adigun (52) and Ms Adebola Adigun (49) who moved to Bethal when the twins were just two-years-old, are also parents to five other siblings.

On 26 January, their journey will begin when they move to Pretoria to pursue their studies in the medical field, following in the footsteps of their father.
Thankfully, they have their two older siblings, Ayomide Adigun (20) and Aminat Adigun (19), their eldest brother and sister who are currently studying at the University of Pretoria. Ayomide is currently in his third year studying economics while Aminat is studying human physiology.
The other three siblings, Zainab (16) is currently in her matric year at Highveld Park. Sameeah (15) and Idris (15) are currently in grade 10 and grade 9 respectively.
“I trust Highveld Park High School to give my children the best education, being a public school. My first two children completed their schooling in 2016 and were both accepted into university.
“They are currently in their final years.
“The trust we have in Highveld Park High School rests on the fact that we do not just drop our kids off at school. We are constantly by our children’s side, helping and assisting them by contributing to the school.
“My wife and I are past members of the school’s governing body where meaningful contributions are made. We believe in Highveld Park High School,” said Dr Adigun when asked what his views were of the school.”
Taiwo said: “At the beginning of our final school year, our principal, Ms Estelle Fourie, asked each matriculant what we wanted to do after we complete our studies.
“She motivated us to work hard. She was kind and respectful to us.
“I will never forget Ms Arlow, my Afrikaans teacher. She was the best. We were taught accurately and formed a good relationship,” said Taiwo.
“If it was not for our mother and father motivating us, we would not have excelled,” said the twins.
