Tutuka-women make donations to the needy

Ms Hanlie Brits, social worker at the SAVF, received the donations and express their appreciation.

A few women of the Eskom Women Advancement Programme at Tutuka Power Station visited the Suid-Afrikaanse Vrouefederasie (SAVF) on Friday, 18 January to hand over donations.

Tutuka-employees, in the spirit of ubuntu, also brought tinned food, clothes, toys and sanitary pads to them during December last year.

Ms Babalelo Razwidani, chairman of the programme, said the initiative came from all employees working at Tutuka as an expression of gratefulness for what they have and their wish to contribute to the needy.
