Oom Johnny gets a make-over

EVANDER – Delta 1 Search and Rescue organised a make-over for Oom Johnny, a homeless man from Secunda who was severely assaulted on 1 May.

Mr Andries Lee and his team took Ms Nicky Green, a hairdresser from Secunda, along to Evander Hospital to give Oom Johnny a shave and haircut.

Ms Chantel Vorster from Because Dog & Co joined them on the visit. She is looking after his trolley dogs and took him photos of the pooches.
