Angel Khanyile will ensure to uphold oath

Ms Angel Khanyile from Standerton was recently sworn in as DA member of parliament in Cape Town with Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng making the occasion one to remember.

“It felt great because once again I was afforded an opportunity to make a contribution to our country and to change people’s lives,” Ms Khanyile said.

She described the experience as an amazing ceremony during which Justice Mogoeng led them in prayer beforehand for three minutes.

“I will be working tirelessly with my colleagues, ensuring that we fight for everyone and represent everyone equally.”
