KINROSS – The Kinross Police caught six armed robbers on Monday night, 3 June.
These men allegedly robbed another man who was warming himself at a fire at about 7.30pm in Afghanistan, Kinross.
According to Sgt Jaco Nagel, spokesman for the Kinross Police, the victim was robbed of R1 300.
“He was on his way to report the crime, when he noticed three of his attackers at the stop street near the police station,” said Sgt Nagel.
The police immediately nabbed the three suspects who then directed the police to the eMbalenhle hide-out of the other three robbers.
The cops caught the remaining suspects just before midnight and also found three guns in their possession.
