Leo Burg releases his debut single

The song is very personal and emphasises being in a love situation where you don’t want to be anymore, but have no choice other than remaining in it

SECUNDA – For more than six months Leo Burg, a Secunda born and bred artist, fashion and graphic designer, worked on his brand new single called “Not Enough”.

Being a creative mind sculpted by Hoërskool Secunda, he has ventured many paths such as art, design, and fashion design, which he is currently studying at Inscape Education Group Pretoria.

“Not Enough” is an indie-pop ballad, written alongside former The Voice artist and pop musician AJ.

The song is very personal and emphasises being in a love situation where you don’t want to be anymore, but have no choice other than remaining in it.

It also expresses the anxiety of not feeling worthy of someone else’s love. The inspiration behind the lyrics stems from past experiences and relationships.

Leo originally only had the concept in mind for about a year before deciding to bring it to life.

Hendrik Joerges, a producer, situated in Durban with several hits behind his name produced, mixed and mastered “Not Enough”. He has experience working alongside big names in the industry, such as of Locnville, AJ, and Styles.

With no plans to release another track as of yet, Leo is excited to see where this new journey will lead.

“Not Enough” is available on all primary music streaming services such as iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, and Deezer.
