Nathi Ngcongo’s accused murderer gets new lawyer

Mr Ngcongo (30) was shot and killed at the Sam Holdings Truck Depot in Stasieweg in Bethal on Thursday, 12 September.

BETHAL – The bail application of Mr Phindokuhle Eugene Nkosi, accused of killing Sam Holdings depot manager Mr Nathi Ngcongo has been postponed to Monday, 7 October for consultation.

This came after Mr Nkosi dropped the legal aid lawyer and appointed Ms Ziphokuhle Zulu to represent him.

Mr Ngcongo (30) was shot and killed at the Sam Holdings Truck Depot in Stasieweg in Bethal on Thursday, 12 September.

Mr Nkosi was arrested in the early hours of Friday, 13 September, hiding in a house in Mamelodi, Tshwane.
