Two accused of bank fraud in Standerton

They appeared in the Standerton Magistrate's Court on Friday 20 September.

Ms Leah Patience Mthombeni and Ms Sphiwe Khlomo, tried to apply for a loan by using fraudulent cards at Capitec Bank in Standerton on Tuesday, 17 September.

They are both from Hillbrow in Johannesburg and were arrested for fraud in Standerton.

A loan of R138 759.96 was applied for.

They appeared in the Standerton Magistrate’s Court on Friday 20 September.

Ms Sphiwe Khlomo is accused of fraud.
Ms Leah Patience Mthombeni is accused of fraud.
