
KINROSS – Housebreakings and the theft of electrical gate motors are a problem in Kinross.
According to Sgt Jaco Nagel, spokesman of Kinross Police, they received seven cases of housebreaking between 1 September and 6 October, and seven cases of the theft of motors.
The housebreakings all occurred at night between 5pm and 6am in Extension 25, while residents were sleeping and during all these incidents, televisions were stolen.
Kinross Police are also investigating eight cases of common assault and six cases of assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
