Emergency services are on the scene where a gas tanker overturned on the N17 Road between Ermelo and Bethal, about 1km from the Ermelo tollgate.

Motorist are advised to use alternative roads to Bethal as the road is closed after a gas tanker overturned on the N17 Road between Ermelo and Bethal.

According to information received the road will be closed for approximately two more hours while a second tow truck has been dispatched to assist with the clean-up.
