Two injured in accident n N17 between Trichardt and Bethal

TRICHARDT – Two men in their 40s were left seriously injured last night, 30 November, following a vehicle rollover on the N17 between Trichardt and Bethal.

ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at about 6.15pm to find the light motor vehicle upright on the side of the road.

Mr Russel Meiring, ER24’s communication officer, said the two men were found lying a few metres away.

Medics assessed the men and found that both had sustained numerous injuries and were in serious condition.

The men were treated and provided with pain-relief medicine before they were transported to Mediclinic Highveld and Evander Provincial Hospital respectively for further care.

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
