Frogfoot surprised two of their new clients with meat hampers at Alan’s butchery in Ermelo on 26 March. According to Ms Bobby van Strijp, brand activation specialist at Frogfoot Ermelo, customer engagement is a top priority for the company.

Mr Koos Herman, Frogfoot client and winner of the hamper, said he is very pleased with the service he received from Frogfoot as well as Bulldog Broadband.

He said they were friendly, helpful and made sure to keep him informed throughout the whole process, from application to installation.

“Thank you for the meat hamper, it was a ‘lekker treat’,” Mr Herman said.

Mr Jabulani Mthimunye, another client and winner, said it was quite a surprise when he received the call.

“I am happy that I chose to connect with Vodacom and this ‘froggin’ awesome fibre, seeing that their staff is always friendly and helpful,” Mr Mthimunye said.

He thanked them for the great service and “yummy” hamper.
