The stationary truck was towing a trailer, loaded with steel sheets.
Two passengers in the Toyota-truck died and the driver was treated by paramedics on the scene.
He was transported to hospital for further treatment.
Vea RRM Emergency team was safeguarding, controlling traffic and removing debris on the accident scene.
The fuel spillage was cleaned up.
