“The man succumbed to his various injuries upon arrival at the hospital and a resuscitation by the hospital's doctors was unfortunately unsuccessful. He was declared dead by the doctors on hand.”

A man in his late 30s died and three others have been injured, one critically, in a single-vehicle rollover on the N17 in Trichardt on Sunday afternoon, February 6.

Ross Campbell, multimedia producer for ER24, said ER24 paramedics were first on the scene at 14:24.

A light motor vehicle was found some 50 meters into the veld on its roof and four occupants sitting beside it.

The man in his late 30s and a 34-year-old woman had suffered critical injuries and were treated with advanced life support interventions and transported to Evander Provincial Hospital.
