Sihlangene Youth Information Centre launched at eMbalenhle
“We will be working together with different corporates and government institutions to give information and identify opportunities for young people of eMbalenhle and Charl Cilliers.
eMBALENHLE- The Sihlangene Youth Information Centre was recently launched in eMbalenhle.
This centre assists young people from eMbalenhle and Charl Cilliers with free internet to look for jobs or business opportunities.
According to Mpho Nkadimeng, their three centres are at the Charl Cilliers multi-purpose centre, K.I. Thwala Secondary School and Thomas Nhlabathi Secondary School in eMbalenhle.
“We will be working together with different corporates and government institutions to give information and identify opportunities for young people of eMbalenhle and Charl Cilliers.
“The Department of Labour and the National Youth Development Agency (Nyda) promised to work hand in hand with us.
“We intend to bring recruitment companies to use our facilities because our young people are unemployed and it is too expensive to travel every day to Secunda, Trichardt or any other places where there are opportunities,” said Nkadimeng.
He said young people must come in their numbers to get services for free or contact the centre if they need any enquiry or want to know more about their services.
They can also contact Bablo Nkosi on 072 346 2888 or Mpho Nkadimeng on 060 842 3817, or visit Sihlangene Youth Information Centre’s Facebook page.
