Young man (19) is critically injured in motorcycle accident in Secunda

A 19-year-old man was critically injured in a motorbike accident in Secunda at about 16:00 on Monday February 28.

According to the spokesman of ER24, Ross Campbell, the young man lost control of his motorcycle and crashed.

ER24 paramedics and other emergency services arrived on the scene at 16:22 and found the man lying next to the road.

He had to be put on advanced life support to stabilise his condition before transporting him to Mediclinic Highveld.
