Vaal River in full flow under Standerton’s Paul Kruger bridge

• If you are evacuated, return to your home only after local authorities have said it is safe to do so.
• Avoid driving through flooded areas and standing water.
• Use generators and pressure washers outside, at least 6,09 metres from any doors, windows and vents.
• If you find that your home flooded, practise safe cleaning.
