24/7 Toll Free Help Line Counselling for 2022 learners during exams

The Childline Help Line is available to provide support through this stressful time. Please call us on 116.

Childline Gauteng provides telephonic counselling for all child-related problems. They offer a 24/7 & 365 days a year toll-free Help Line service. This is available to all children, families, schools and community members in Gauteng.

Trained counsellors are available to provide counselling, information and appropriate intervention in the preferred language of the caller.

The Gauteng Department of Basic Education (GDBE) has partnered with Childline Gauteng to support learners and families through the stress of exams and awaiting the results.

Childline Gauteng commends GDBE for its care and concern for its school communities. Tensions run high at this time of the year and especially for our youth writing exams.
