Secunda Action Sports teams compete in cricket league finals
Wolverines did it again in the women’s league by taking first place.
As fast as Action Sport Secunda’s spring cricket league season began, it came to an end, making way for the summer league season.
The finals were played on Saturday, October 22.
The finals had league teams of women, men, and mixed competing for gold, silver and bronze.
The men’s B league, Kosmos Eagles claimed victory with gold, followed by Nativa Valkies with silver and Class on Grass bronze.
The men’s C league, Fastner & Fluid finished the season with gold. Silver went to All Rounders and bronze was awarded to Safety Horizon.
One Love C.T claimed gold in the men’s D league, followed by Buffalos who claimed silver and Fireballs bronze.
The men’s E league was dominated by Bomb Squad, with Mavericks claiming silver and Yahweh Rapha bronze.
Wolverines did it again in the women’s league by taking first place.
They were followed by Bats and Bra’s claiming silver and Supernovas taking the bronze.
Challengers also walked away with another gold in the mixed league with The Pit Crew taking silver and Shooters bronze.
The summer league is currently underway at Action Sport Secunda.
