You will need: All Posts
- Oreo biscuits
- Marshmallows
- Melted chocolate – we opted for white chocolate
- Wooden meat skewers or ice cream sticks
- Smarties
- Cake sprinkles
Method:
- Carefully open the Oreos and scrape out the icing
- Place one side of the biscuit sandwich on a plate and keep the other half aside. Continue with this until the plate is full.
- Place a marshmallow on each of the biscuits on the plate and then microwave this for a few seconds until the marshmallows puff up.
- Take it out of the oven, place a wooden stick half on half of the marshmallow biscuit and top with a biscuit from those you kept aside. This will form a marshmallow and biscuit sandwich with the wooden stick protruding.
- Wait until these have set and then dip them in the melted chocolate.
- Now decorate with Smarties and sprinkles.
