You will need: All Posts

  • Oreo biscuits
  • Marshmallows
  • Melted chocolate – we opted for white chocolate
  • Wooden meat skewers or ice cream sticks
  • Smarties
  • Cake sprinkles

Method:

  • Carefully open the Oreos and scrape out the icing
  • Place one side of the biscuit sandwich on a plate and keep the other half aside. Continue with this until the plate is full.
  • Place a marshmallow on each of the biscuits on the plate and then microwave this for a few seconds until the marshmallows puff up.
  • Take it out of the oven, place a wooden stick half on half of the marshmallow biscuit and top with a biscuit from those you kept aside. This will form a marshmallow and biscuit sandwich with the wooden stick protruding.
  • Wait until these have set and then dip them in the melted chocolate.
  • Now decorate with Smarties and sprinkles.
