Players from Ekangala and Rethabiseng prepare for district trials

They participated in the Tshwane Sub-Region 7 U19 trials.

Zandile Mbonani, Freedah Mbokazi, Nthabiseng Tjiane, Mpho Dhlamini, Thuli Phiri, Zodwa Dhlamini, Dudu Rasakanya, Zanele Hlongwane and Thobeka Nosenga will be taking part in the district trials on March 17.

Nine players from Ekangala and Rethabiseng were selected to represent Tshwane Region 7 in the Tshwane District level in Pretoria on March 17.

They are going to participate in the Tshwane Sub-Region 7 U19 trials. The players are Zandile Mbonani, Freedah Mbokazi, Nthabiseng Tjiane, Mpho Dhlamini, Thuli Phiri, Zodwa Dhlamini, Dudu Rasakanya, Zanele Hlongwane and Thobeka Nosenga.

David Mahlangu, regional netball coordinator, said: “As Region 7 we are so happy for them and we wish them all the best in their district level competition.”
