Riders from Secunda place well in equestrian champs

Mickah Grobler and Holden Venter competed in the South African National Equestrian Schools Association (SANESA) Championships in Badplaas from May 17 to 19.

Both are Laerskool Trichardt learners, and the school congratulates them on their achievements.

Mickah (Grade 2) and her horse, Seghar, competed in qualifier three. She attained second place in the dressage test level one and third in the dressage test level two.

Mickah also took third place in her division in the Mpumalanga championships.

Holden Venter (Grade 3) and his horse, De la Rey, competed in qualifier three.

He attained fourth place in the dressage test level one and the dressage test level two.

He also achieved third place in the Prix Caprilli test level one and third place in the Prix Caprilli test level two.
