Support Bethal CPF and blood service

Schools, register now and donate blood in April.

Bethal CPF and the SANBS will be hosting a blood donation showdown at the blood service at the Kosmos Centre in Bethal.

The chairperson of the CPF, Jaap Pretorius, challenged all the schools to take part in this competition that will take part from April 9 to 15.

Pretorius described this competition as a life-saving adventure and said the winning school could win a 10 000 litre water tank.

“One donation of blood can save up to three lives,” said Pretorius.

The school with the highest percentage of blood donors will win the water tank. To take part in this competition, blood donors and schools must register with Bethal CPF and then visit the blood service in Bethal.

They must donate blood and shout out the school’s name that they are donating for.

“Invite your friends, family and neighbours to donate blood between April 9 and 15. By sharing your experience, you are not only helping to spread awareness but also to build a community of heroes dedicated to saving lives. Let’s make this event a memorable one and get that water tank for your school,” said Pretorius.
