Standerton Town Hall is in abysmal state

The roof is falling in, wooden floors are rotting and vagrants are sleeping in the space.

The Standerton Town Hall is in an abysmal state. During a public meeting, resident Robbert van Bultren raised concerns about the state of the town hall.

When the floor opened for discussion, Van Bultren stated that several municipal buildings, including the hall, need maintenance and repairs.

“We are not supposed to be here; the hall is a safety hazard,” stated Van Bultren.

He expressed his concerns about the fallen roof, rotting wooden floors, and vagrants sleeping in the space.
Several voices echoed in the hall in agreement.

“We are supposed to be proud of our town hall, but it is impossible to be proud when it is in this state,” concluded Van Bultren.

Furthermore, the area around the Town Hall is problematic, with several areas being covered in waste.
