Eco-friendly estate will soon see the light at Terra Nova in Trichardt
Stands for Serenity Eco Estate are on sale now.
Terra Nova, the privately managed town just outside of Trichardt, has launched its latest development: Serenity Eco Estate. The eco-friendly estate was officially launched on July 25 and will be built on the edge of Terra Nova, next to The Hills estate.
Serenity Eco Estate offers north-facing stands ranging from 700m² to 1 500m², with scenic views over a valley and roaming wildlife. Stand prices start at R560 000.
The estate is already home to three zebras and eight deer, adding to its tranquil atmosphere. Buyers can design their own homes to suit their preferences once they’ve secured a stand.
Residents have access to the nearby Terra Nova Village Mall, which includes restaurants, an OK Grocer, a car wash, padel tennis courts, a gym, and more.
