Seriti hands over ECD centres in Morgenzon

Seriti handed over two early childhood development centres to the LLM on August 21.

Seriti handed over two Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres in Morgenzon to the Lekwa Local Municipality on August 21.

The project was done in partnership with the Mpumalanga Provincial Government and the Gert Sibande District Municipality.

The centres were designed to give the children of Morgenzon a safe environment where they would be nurtured and educated. Both facilities are equipped with essential age-appropriate learning materials, furniture, and proper structures to promote learning.

During the handover, Executive Mayor Sifiso Mngemezulu expressed appreciation for Seriti’s continued investment in the community.

“They have donated state-of-the-art equipment to support water and sanitation services, and now they have gone even further by giving our children a solid foundation through these ECD centres,” said Mngemezulu.

He added that this is not only an investment in infrastructure but also in the future of the children.
