11 achieve new best times at parkrun in Standerton

The 336th event on January 31 attracted 118 participants.

The Standerton Riverpark parkrun celebrated their 336th event on January 31, attracting 118 participants, 11 of which gained new personal best times.

Bongane Mpokane was the first finisher, completing the track in 18:01. Thabo Patrick Tsotetsi was the second finisher with a time of 20:26.

He was followed by Petra van der Linde (22:21), Chraeten Lategan (22:47), Eugene Viljoen (23:49) and Onalerona Thobedi (24:54).

The runners who achieved new PB times were Sithembiso Mthembu (32:33), Princess Dlongolo (38:39) Nhlanhla Dladla (39:54), Ilana beyneveldt (42:25), Benjamin Hermans Beyneveldt (42:26), Mpolwenhle Mkhonza (43:16), Phindile Dhlamini (44:25) and Anneke Gelderblom (44:58).

Yolanda Dalasile (46:06), Daniel Wright (51:25) and Stella Tsotetsi (51:48) all achieved their personal best times. The Standerton Riverpark parkrun takes place every Saturday in the Riverpark at 08:00.
