The Standerton Sables have officially kicked off their 2026 rugby season on January 3, with their first team practise of the year.
The 2025 Mayor League champions hope to return to the field to dominate again this year. They look forward to meeting old foes on the field and welcoming new friends to the team.
This year, they are excited to face Ermelo after reforming their team.
New players are welcome to join practices every Tuesday and Thursday at 18:30 on the SHS C rugby field.
