Residents from eMbalenhle, Kinross, Evander and Leandra, representing the Service Delivery Party, gathered at the Govan Mbeki Municipality (GMM) offices to hand over a memorandum outlining their grievances.

The memorandum raises concerns about electricity and water meters, service delivery, local employment opportunities and other community issues.

GMM Councillor Marius Masina, the MMC for Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Services, received the memorandum from Ntokozo Mthembu, the Service Delivery Party’s election coordinator.
