Things were back to normal the past week after the recent flooding. Businesses were bound to be ticking over considering the lengthy load-shedding introduced by Eskom.
A few motorists ventured to the Standerton River Park on Thursday, February 23 to look at the level of the Vaal River.
Standerton Country Club was closed for some time, but workers prepared the course on February 22 for the league matches on Saturday. The levels at Grootdraai Dam are elsewhere in the newspaper.
