Mielie, an Australian Cattle Dog cross, went missing from a farm outside of Middelburg earlier this year.
Mielie is a male dog and he is three years old.
Volunteers who are still searching for Mielie, have reason to believe that he was picked up by someone and thus could be anywhere now.
The volunteers asked that the community help them by spreading awareness that Mielie is longed for and that they are still searching for him non-stop.
“Please share our message with everybody you can,” said Marthina Janssen van Rensburg, one of the volunteers.

“Please show your fellow workers, staff members, employers, anybody, ask them to look around and ask around in the areas where they live, work and travel every day.
“Share the poster on your WhatsApp security groups, with friends, with neighbours, with family, everyone you know.
“It does not matter where in South Africa you stay, Mielie could be anywhere by now.
“Just maybe someone knows something about our Mielie and by spreading the word, we can reach the right person.”
